pppodcasts provides AI-generated personalized daily podcasts. Content is curated from publicly available sources and synthesized using artificial intelligence. Episodes are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar.sh. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to redistribute generated content commercially, attempt to reverse-engineer the podcast generation pipeline, or abuse the platform in any way that degrades service for others.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated podcast content is provided for your personal use. The underlying technology, branding, and platform are the property of pppodcasts.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
